The staff was extremely helpful and friendly..
The hidden costs. We had to pay for the gym even if we didn't use it. $25.00/day. Same with the parking. $25.00/day.
It was a lovely hotel. People were really nice. A little far from downtown San Francisco. And the extra costs were a bit shocking. But overall it was enjoyable.

Lovely room.
Extra charges.
$24 per person spa fee and $24 per day parking fee. Outrageous and very unfair (not to mention expensive)

The hotel was lobby was nice that was about it.
There's a hidden fee of $24 which they called it resort fee. The hotel had really bad medicine and elderly smell that linkers through out the room.

Very Historical and kept up.
I did not like that they charged a spa fee even if you did not use and they also charged a parking fee when there is plenty of outside room.
The hotel was a beautiful old hotel but very well kept up, and what a beautiful view of the golden gate bridge. Our room was a great size not like some of the old hotels and very quiet. We would love to stay there again. ...read more
